DID YOU KNOW?

Two new members joined our club at the November Turkey Shoot – please welcome Steve McMahon and Scott Manson!  (I’m beginning to think the “S” in the club’s name stands for Schweitzer – thanks for the super recruiting, Devon!)

Membership dues should be paid in January 2003 for the calendar year 2003… $25.00 per family!  Please make checks payable to SRSGA and send to John Kramer, Treasurer, 1415 N W Douglas Drive, Pullman, WA 99163.   You must be a current member to participate in club-sponsored events, vote, receive the ever-so-popular newsletters, etc.  Please include the updated membership form when you mail you dues.

Your club officers (Bart, Mark, John, and Nance) have been working on SRSGDA by-laws and constitution with the help of many other volunteers…it’s coming out for members’ review soon – watch for it in your mail!

Election 2002 is over, however, the nominating committee is seeking nominations for SRSGDA officers for elections at the annual dinner meeting in April 2003.  A nomination form is included in this mailing for your convenience.

November Turkey Shoot!

New member Scott Manson was the HIGH Scorer on our well-attended November event.  His efforts allowed him to pick his turkey – courtesy of Roseauers and Winco in Moscow.  Terry Quinn, Robert Urich, and Bart Dearborn also selected turkeys as runners-up in various categories.  Many attendees went home with bags of Science Diet dog food from the WSU Vet school connections and Doc!

New Officer elections

It’s that time of year, bells ringing, children singing, and presents under the tree  - AND, it’s also time to think about the club election of officers which occurs at the annual dinner/meeting – this year in April.
